Question Buttons in form expand 50% in size to right and down (Video included)

It has been a month and I'm still 'stuck' on my Microsoft Access lessons due to a peculiar error. Here is a video of the problem. As you can see, when I create an action button and then scroll at all, the button jumps in size 50% to the right and down, but this extra space can't be edited.

    I have tried
    1. Reinstalling Office 365
    2. Reinstalling my graphics card drivers (Using a GTX 560ti SLIx2)
    3. Manually entering the size for the buttons in the button properties (still increases in size)

I have a project where the schedule calls for a web-enabled database for 100+ users to merge five separate systems into one. If I can't get past this problem, I can't continue my lessons. I would greatly appreciate any help in tackling this problem.

Have you tried the db on a computer with regular MS Access?

Unfortunately I don't have access to another computer with just MS access. I'm the only one on this project with Microsoft Access, and which is why it has to be a web-enabled database that I'm working on. My version is the version that comes with Office 365. The DB is one that I created from scratch and is very simple, following the online tutorial from 599CD.

I have just done another uninstall/reinstall of Office 365, and have tried creating a new access file, but am still getting the same error. I'm very upset at this, I can't continue my lessons until I get this fixed, because the following lessons require the form I'm supposed to generate.

Sorry, never used Office 365. Can't find anything on this issue. Need to troublesheet by testing on another computer. If you want to provide, I will try but if it is a web database, don't know that I can.

SOLUTION: Due to the size of the display and my eyesight, I was using the 'make text easier to read' option in Windows to make the text larger. However, Access seems to be poorly coded to handle this. It was set to 150% size, and that's what was messing up the forms, apparently access bases form size the same as text size, sloppy.
If you are having this problem, change your text size in windows to the standard 100%

Fantastic! Thank you for sharing your discovery. Never would have thought of that.

Wonder if this is Office365 specific. I have a user with Access 2010 and they have their monitor set for large resolution but not seeing this issue.

It's not about 'large resolution' but 'large DPI'. When you use the option to make the text bigger.
I had to leverage a social network and ask literally 7000 people to get this answer.

My user has hers set to 125%. Everything is bigger, not just text. But everything remains in proportion.
