Multiple Records same row? (images included)

I need to show the employee hours by job by date. And I want to show a complete week in a single row. Iamge-1 is as close as I can get, Image-2 is the desired result. Was not exactly sure how to describe therefore my images. Any assistance or direction is appreciated! Need more info, LMK- thanks for any help.

How is your data arranged in your table. Show us some some sample data in your table. I am sure that this can be done in a query if your data is properly normalized.

Nice to see the table in design view, but some sample data that equates to the picture shown in the first thread would be helpful.

the pics were enough to get the solution....


for those needing to do the same, it was actually very simple.

Just total each colum ex: =sum([Sun]) into a text box beneath the column, now hide the detail data and just show the Totals!
