CMD Button shows a 2nd dotted focus box

HI


Can you tell me why when I press a command button, which opens a 2nd form,
the first form ( that has the cmd button) shows a 2nd dotted focus box on the lefthand side of the screen.
Even when the 2nd form is closed the dotted box remains on form 1.
How can I correct this? what have I not done?
