Vessel Day to Day Database Question #2

Thanks for the reply on the other question. I got that part working. Now onto another question this one about logging data...

Our ships communicate with the operations center via operational messages. This is a canned format but what I'm trying to do is create two logs specific to each vessel. One will track day to day items [such as securing at port A at 1200Z, or completed assigned program on XXX Date], the other will track significant upcoming events such as refits, ISM/SMS audits, and other items that may or may not be in the vessels annual operational plan.

The tables and sub forms have been completed but the comments [both sub forms] seem to be staying the same no matter what vessel I select. The tables are linked to one that specifies vessel names but the tables for the sub form are not linked to the 'daily' vessel form. Should they be and if so how so?

    Thanks again
    D

I would expect the vessel ID to be in the Master/Child link properties of the subform control (not the subform itself, the control on the main form).
