Complete newbie.
Would really appreciate other's practical experience regarding the process of creating relationships specifically around creating a new 'merged' table each time.
I've just watched the SimonSez online videos, and using his movies and film stars examples, he creates a new table where the relationships 'meet' . Is this good practice? I'm looking at The MissingManual textbook on Access 2010 - which seems like a really solid introduction to databases - and the author here doesn't bother - he just creates relationships directly between the two tables without introducing a third 'merged' one.
Hope this makes sense.
