What's your question? Are you looking for a pre-made template that has the functions shown in the screenshots?
Thanks for showing interest.. Let me explain.. those screenshots I mentioned are from an existing tool which is going to get sunset soon following some migration to office 365 pro. So I was looking to create a tool using Access that looks similar to the existing one (mentioned in the screenshots). I do not expect a pre-made template to exist. I only need some ideas which will help me create one.![]()

First, how much experience do you have normalizing data into a relational database?
What kind of ideas do you need?
Database formalization?
User Interface(UI) or User Experience (UX) design?
Again, what is your question that we can answer?

Never worked with access before.
I do not have any experience normalizing data into a relational databases. Also I do not have any data that I may need to normalize.
I'm starting from scratch and all that I'm looking for is some guidance.
Please let me know if this forum is not for me...

That for the information.
From what you have posted so far I think your question to any Access forum would be:
What should I start learning first to be able to build databases with Access for someone with no experience?
Normally the first step to creating a database within Access is to create your tables. Everything else builds upon this. Tables are the foundation of any database.
You determine what tables you need by going through the process of normalizing your data. There are many post here on the subject of Data Normalization.
I did a search here for Normalization and founf many post. Here is one that have links that should be helpful: This reply
