Access won't print full width of table

I have a table listing my collection. The table is many pages long and about 12" wide. When I try to print a
page on 11X14 paper I select LANDSCAPE but the printer only prints the 1st seven columns but not the 8th.

I checked the Design View page and find that the 1st 2 fields/columns are data type NUMBER
Fields 3-7 data type is SHORT TEXT. The last field, the one that won't print, is LONG TEXT.

The paper is wide enough. The table is not too wide.

    What is wrong?

tables are not designed for printing. but if you are missing a column you could try changing the default borders to something narrow

you could copy and paste into excel then modify the column widths

alternatively create a simple report and design it to fit on the page
