    Print full page

I am using access 2007. I am using the bus contact database. It goes to excell type format. When I print i want to use the page. How in the world do i adjust to have the whole page printed?

It is printing everything but in a small box - it will not let me use the whole page. I have printed the whole page in the past but cant remember how to set it up. Seems like a easy fix yet there are no directions anywhere i look.

    Thanks

    divdav,

You don't say what your exporting? A report, query, table?
Setup a new query bring in all the information you require. Save the query, then export the new query out via a macro (or some other method) to an .xls file.

    Regards,

    Richard

Richard thank but I dont understand. I cant say it any more clear. Again I open access 2007.
    Then open bus contact database
then begin to load names in the excell type area
    Then go to print
I want it to print on the whole page
In other words i want the grid lines to go ALL the way across and to the bottom

Just so it prints on the whole page

    Thats it

The excel section you refer to most likely is a "subform" or a query. Now your problem is in your report. You will need to find the report and open it in design view. I would make sure the right margin is pulled at least to the 7 on the top scale. Also you can pull the bottom footer down to fit your needs. If you had grid lines on your report before they should still be there.

    Regards,

    Richard
