Question Can't access full features of Access?

Hope someone can help with this please. I've created a simple database with a a couple of tables, queries and a form. The database opens up in a form view. Down the left hand side is the navigation pane which I can expand to access the table and queries etc. However, I sent the DB to a colleague and it opens up in form view no problem but they don't have the navigation pane and can't see the tables and queries. Also, when they closes the DB via the window button top left they don't get the 'Getting started with Microsoft Access' view with templates and create new database options

Any help and advice is much appreciated

Maybe the navigation pane is not expanded. Maybe the colleague does not have a Full Version of Access installed on their machine and are looking at the file using the free Run Time.

When you send the db, its just the tables, queries, macros, etc.
The user has Access configured HIS way, and may not have all things installed.
