How to start ?

I want to set up a small database by integrating flash with Access. I found some files but stuck. I need help to make a new start.
Currently I am using IIS7.5 Express, Apache 2.2.22, ACCESS 2007, Macromedia Flash Pro. I do not know all these are the right software.

What do you want Access and Flash to do?

Do you want to build data interactive web page?

Might also need ASP or ASP.net.

Note the comment that Flash has nothing to do with accessing a database. That's where ASP or ASP.net come in.

I tried to install ASP.NET and Webtool.2012.2, but I am required to update my OS. I am looking for older version, do you have link for that ?

I download ASPDOTNET and WebTools2012_2, I am prompt to run the Web Platform Installer 4.5, there are 6 items to add:
1) Windows Azure Cross -platform Command Line Tools
2) Microsoft Webmatri 3
3) Visual Studio Express 2012 for Web with Windows Azure SDK-210
4) Windows Azure SDK for .NET (vs2012)-210
5) Visual Web Developer Express 2010 1 with Azure SDK-2.0
6) Windows Azure SDK for .NET(vx2010 SP!)-210
Which one are necessary for ASP.net ?

In my Opinion Ms WebMatrix 3 is more than enough for asp.net begginers
