Not in List

Dear friends, I am returning to the forum after a long interval.
I do have a Form in which a Combo to select clients is there. When the user finds no clients in the list, I want the user to click a button near the Combo, so that the ClientAddInForm should pop up as new. After the new client's name and address data are added and after the pop up form is closed, I want the Combo auto filled with the new client's name.


Please help me with the code.
