Okay let me explain to you what I am trying to do here. I work at a financial firm where calls must be recorded.
I am using two templates which I've gotten quite far on. One is the call log and one is the contact management database.
In the contact management database there is the "contact details" window where I've added different information, (accounts, documents, etc.)
In the contact details I have named a tab correspondence. Now say I'm in a call with Jane Doe and on the call log I put in Jane Doe. On Jane Doe's contact details under her correspondence tab I want it to show each time she has called (pulled from the call log). I know this is possible but I just can't figure out how to do it. A little help would be appreciated!
