    Linked Files

I'm a relatively inexperienced Access user so sorry if my question is easy.

I have a MDE file that links to a backend data file containing tables.

I want to link the data file to the MDE file relatively. IE. no matter what folder both files are in, the data file is always linked to the MDE file.

I think it can be done by using a URI on the Linked table Manager but I'm not smart enough to figure out how to code the URI.

    Help!!!!

    Thanks in advance

If you are talking about a split db with FrontEnd and BackEnd in the same location then you are going to want something like the following: http://allenbrowne.com/ser-13.html
