Question How to import specific Outlook contacts into Access?

I have Office 2010 and am trying to produce mailing labels for my Xmas cards. To this end I want to know how to import into Access only those Outlook Contacts that have "Xmas Card" entered into a user specified field. I will then be able to use the Access Label Wizard to produce the labels that I want.

    Can anyone please help?

Have you tried creating a linked table to the Outlook data?

If the field available when you hae "Xmas Card"?
