    Smile how to use marcos?

    Hi all,

    I have created a DB in access and the datas are in excel. I linked the excel to access, now if i change any data in excel the changes should be modified in access. Can any one say me how to do this?

    One needs an Access text book, and your topic is 'linked tables' as well as linking to excel spread sheets. This is an embedded feature of the product. Very easy to do. It does not involve any macros.

    I linked the table. My main aim is to update the changes in ms-access if any changes made in excel. I cant able to the updates in ms-access.

    it should happen automatically. after you link to the excel sheet, you don't have to do anything else.

    Then why it doesn't show me the updates in MS-access? I have linked my excel to access. But cant update the changes. I am using 2007 access. Please help me.

    Hi

    Please say me how to link the excel table to an access 2007 table. so that if i make changes in excel i can able to view it in the ms-access db. Please any one guide me as providing the step by step process.
