Updating 4 Tables From 1 Form

I have 4 tables that are linked, how can I update the 4 tables using 1 form?
Is there any way of doing it with a Bound Form or can it be done with an Unbound Form?
If it can be done, I would appreciate where I could obtain the code to do it.

If you can create a query that's not read only, you can use a single bound form. Here's what to avoid:

Depending on how the tables relate to each other, you might also consider subforms. You can certainly use an unbound form, but unbound forms are much more work. Searching on unbound should turn up methods to do it.
