I know it is possible but I am at a loss. If I wanted to send a form out to employees in an E-Mail wich changed its content weekly how would I do this. The presentation it contained would have four questions at the end attached to answer a-b-c-d. It would also need to have a confirmed as read check box attached. This would need to be individualised to the employee somehow and when it all comes back recorded in the data base. I have tried to collect this using the E-Mail data collection in the access programme but I cannot attach a file to send with it.

I think you can attach a file. you might check again. I don't know for sure though. as far as being read, wouldn't a simple read receipt do? advanced spam filters don't comply with that feature, so if someone gets an email with a filter like that on it, you won't get a receipt even if you specify, but other outlook users I "think" always send one back.

Yes a simple mark as read reply would be good but answers to the questions need to be recorded. I have tried to attach a form to the E-Mail data collection part in access with no success. When I attempt this it does not come up in the data to send list.
