Sub From Time Format

I have a form that has a sub form in it which is based on a query. I am looking at the Run_Time_Total column in the sub form. In the query it is shown in a time format, but in the sub form it is shown a decimal. I can't figure out why. I have tried to update the format for the sub from field but the time format options are not there. Hopefully this all makes sense!

This is a photo of the options to format the field on the sub form. I am not sure why the time format options are not there! Apologies for quality, wasn't sure how else to capture the format drop down!

How is Run_Time_Total derived? Is this a calculation?
