every body experience time outs and saving errors

since several days there are time outs,
mostly opening site goes well but opening case not
often saving a reply fail or very slow some times need recover

we rarely have timeouts, but then we have SQL server as the backend,
this is usually because the pc drops communication with the server. That is a networking problem, not data.
