Can I share a Ms Access form online without having a website? If yes how please? Thanks

I would say No.
Make a Google Form instead.

A form on its own can’t do very much- at the least you would need underlying tables and possibly code.

Only way would be to use a terminal server or Citrix. Both come with a potentially significant cost and require an installation of access for each user

you could use a shared OneDrive as a potential means of distribution but comes with significant risks

perhaps explain the actual requirement - there may be alternative methods such as using one of the many survey apps to gather data or something like power apps

The form would populate a Google sheet. You would need to interact with that in some way.
