Can't Right Click Categories

Hi,

A new Access database (2007) has given to me few months ago. For some reason, when I'm trying to click any categories (e.g. Table, Forn), it won't let me right click to choose Design View, Import, Export, etc. and it's giving me a hard time to edit the database. I know there's a shortcut or can put the icon to the ribbon but I'm comfortable right clicking them. when i open other databases, they work fine.

Any ideas/suggestions?

check the options for "allows shortcut menus" and "allow full menus". turn both on.
