Unable to display sub form data view in Main Form

I am trying to create a Form in which i have three pages named "Project Details" "Project Deliverable" & "RA Bills Entires" out of these three form the RA Bill Entires is not working properly, when i tab the button the previous records are not displaying in dataview the sub form permits only new entires. What I have to do for display the previous records as appearing in the "Project Deliverable" page. Kindly help.

You only have one project defined, and there are no billings for that project.
Your billings table has 3 records but the project field is blank for all three.
