Hello:
While I frequently use "charts" in MS-Excel (which are easy to create/update), I have never had the need to use charts in MS-Access. At this point in time, however, I need to include charts in some Access forms.
In the attached DB (sample data only) I cannot seem to locate the property for **setting decimals**. While it is easy in a table or query (or even report), it is NOT readily available -- in my view -- in an Access form.
Again, in the attached DB, you'll notice that the bar chart displays more than 10 decimals (based on this query criteria). Also, please find attached PPT which further provides illustration/information as to where I set the format in my underlying query.
Kindly appreciate any information as to how/where I need to modify XYZ properties so that the bar chart will only display two (2) decimals (for any query criteria).
Thank you,
Tom
