    Repeat some information, but not repeating others

    I have a form based off one of my tables. I am using the form to input information for reporting. I have store number and fields for report date and then the product and the quantity. I want to be able to input the first couple of categories, store number and date information, once while being able to add multiple different products and quantities. I want each product and quantity to be their own records, with store number and date to repeat for those entered.

    run an append query that adds records based on the form items.
