can't find form on project open

suddenly getting a 2450 'can't find form'
(lately, I've been all over this project, starting this, then having to shift to that... certain i did something)

my problem is...

the form is the second form to open, not the first; and the error happens (sometimes) as soon as i open the project (seemingly before (?) the first form opens),
and then again (always) when i close the project.

--> so... I'm not certain how to look for the error; doesn't seem i can step through the code in this instance (?)
as 'someone' always said: "learn something new every day...")

Not understanding the sequence. Your db is an .adp file? I've never created an Access project so if it's different than a db I'm not going to be much help. IIRC, any break point you create remains after you close the db so not sure why you can't step through. Perhaps you can step through the code if you insert one line in the code at a strategic point:

Can you not see this form in the navigation pane to confirm that it is still there and that nothing is mis-spelled?
