Looking to build a simple vaccination appointment and tracking system

- Allow people to book a vaccination appointment on one of 3 centers
- Set a schedule for each center (time and day)
- Have predefined slots of 15 minutes
- Once a slot is booked, it is no longer available to be booked to anyone else

- Allow nurses to look at patients who have set up appointments
- Once the patient comes in, record additional vaccination administration information against the patient.

I have figured it all out, except the booking system. Is there a simpler way short of creating a appointment slots table with hundreds of rows for each slot?
