Convert addresses into coordinates

Hi there!

I work for an institution in Switzerland and one of our tasks is to answer request from people from the public when they report (invasive) mosquitoes. We use an Access form to save all these requests in a database. At the end of the season, we usually create maps and report on how many request we answered and from which areas. I am very new when it comes to work with Access and I tried to find a way to automatically fill in coordinates when entering a (Swiss) address. Is there a (simple) way to do this?

check out some of the mapping sites like google and bing maps. They have geocoding api's to convert addresses into coordinates.
