Multiple linked forms

How do I create multiple linked forms on a form?

I have used the wizzard and created a from with one linked form where it putts a button in the header.

This creates 2 forms for me my search form and then my data entry form.

I want to be able to have multiple different data entry buttons on my search form.

Is this posible and how do I go about doing this?

what is the ultimate goal with this? maybe there's a less-complicated way of doing it...

My goal for this DB is to have a userform that will work as a serch on my employee table then I will be able to use this to log discipline, Performance and acheivements, these all have seprate forms.

then I wich to have a overview so I can print off this for each employee kind of like a tracking sheet.
