properties sheet no longer displays

Situation:

In design view
Right-clicking on a control opens a drop-down list.
Selecting "properties" (at the bottom of the list),nothing happens (properties sheet does not appear).



I am using Win 10 and have recently migrated to Office 365. This is something that suddenly stopped working (in current version of Access).

In reviewing the postings that seemed from the title to be on topic, found that they related to a different issue. Perhaps I missed an item that was relevant.

This is a shot in the dark, but make sure the properties window hasn't been minimized to the point it appears to not exist. If you move your mouse around the right window (or wherever your properties window normally appeared), you may see it switch the double arrow resizing icon.
