For reasons I work on an old computer for the last two weeks. My system has more than 200 forms. Every form has a button when clicked it opens a word document that informs the user about the form. The button worked fine. I do not know of something I changed but all of a sudden every form gives this error when I click on the button. It opens the VBA that opens the Word document. I read something about "Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects" and changed the settings as suggested, but the problem stays. What is this?

I opened any VBA page, then Tools and then references. The box for "Microsoft Word 16.0 Object Library" was not checked. I checked that box a few years ago. I do not know why it was unchecked, but it works now. I thought transferring my database to another computer the setting will come with. I assume it didn't.
