Open navigation form to specific ID

Good afternoon,
I have a navigation form that has field txtEmployeeID. Within the navigation form, I am attempting to open another form to the specific [EmployeeID] record. Long story short, I cannot use a qry as to filter specific information would be to use a Junction table which will not allow input function. Any help would be appreciated.

That appears to want to open a second form. I am looking to open the form in the navigation form with the specific ID. I put this on the event on open. Is there somewhere else that this would work better?

Well, you did say "I am attempting to open another form". If you have a subform, you can either set its recordsource to an SQL statement that restricts to the desired record, set its filter property, or use a bookmark.
