Access Database Error when opening database

I am receiving an error when opening our Access Database. The error I am getting follows:

Went to the file location where the IT Inventory_be.mdb is located and this is the error I am getting there as well.

The database never repairs itself and there is a file called IT Inventory_be.ldb which I can not delete.

Any suggestions on how we can recover our database?

One way is to create a brand new, blank Access database, then import all the objects from the old one over to the new one, and then start using the new one.
That works a lot of the time, if the database is not too corrupted.
