Phone number in list not showing area code parenthesis

Good afternoon,
I have a list with employee names and phone numbers pulled from a query based on a table. The input Mask is !\(999") "000\-0000;0;_ on the data input on both the form and the table. For some reason, some of the numbers (older input) are with the appropriate parenthesis (000) 000-0000 for the area code, and the newer inputs are 0000000000 which is not showing the parenthesis on the list. I am at a loss. If I run the query not on the form or list, the () views appropriately. When I run the list on the form, the above happens. I have attempted to even create a new list on the same form and created a new form with the list. No resolution. Any Ideas?

Use a nested Replace to update the table and remove the parenthesis and dashes so all records are similar then set your form to show the numbers whatever way you like it.
