Hellow everybody,,, i have a database for employees, of a unique code for each, another table contains transfering of those employees from unit to another, i need to add a field contains the previous unit of each one of them,, can i???,

Sure, you can always add new fields to a table. Just use proper naming for the additional field and avoid reserved names to prevent issues down the road.
