Macros not running in all command buttons

Hello all. I have 2 data entry forms in my current database. Before creating the second form, I downloaded an anti virus program and after the downloading there was a message that macro script was disabled and when I enabled it, this was the message "Allowed permanently for:Windows Scripting Host (VBS, JS, Powershell, etc.)-Macro VBA for Word, Excel, & Powerpoint". The macros on the command buttons (form operations, navigation...) of the first form that was created prior to the downloading of the anti virus are running smoothly but the macros of the second form just don't work. I opened the regedit.exe, windows scripting was enabled. Please help, thank you.

I'm very sorry for wasting time and precious space here. I opened other forms in the other databases and the same buttons are running okay. There was a mix up in the order of the control tabs when I added tabbed forms.
