XML Data issue Import for MS Access 2016 - Help Help

so I've been looking at xml lately and would like to get download a daily file from the Federal Register every day. the files are available for developers at the following link. I've tried to import into ms access and all i get is like 100 tables with numbers versus data text fields. I can see the data in excel when I import it there, but I could use some help.

    Link: https://www.govinfo.gov/bulkdata/FR/2019

    1. I want to download the daily report
    2. I want to run queries for specific agencies.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks

So I found the .xsd file and had that in the same directory for the xml I was trying to import. The problem is that it creates the relationships however the underlying data is missing. So weird.

I'd be willing to VENMO or PAYPAL (~$20) to someone who can solve this problem and provide me with the easy method of importing this data into the MS Access Database (2016). Thanks.
