The OLE Object data type is used for a field that is intended to store an image. The images are no longer displaying.
The images are accessible by double clicking the OLE Object as it appears as an icon for the image.

I have never used OLEObject data type or control. I use Attachment field and Image control.
Regardless of field type, embedding files in db uses up Access 2GB size limit.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
I changed the OLE Object to hyperlink instead.
I intend on transferring to MSSQL or MySQL backend anyways because the 2GB size restriction in MS Access is absurd.
