Did somebody here experienced that you cannot resize a form width?

I'm having trouble resizing mine, cause every time I edit the form it always go back to width=22.

Tricky to read with that font color, but make sure that no control exists to the right of where you want to resize to. You can't drag the width beyond a control.

sorry about the font.
I'm trying to change it to the property sheet but whenever I try to replace the value of width it always going back to the with=22.

Did you check for one or more controls that exist out at 22"?
