Then is there VBA method to list the schedules ? ie: print or attach a report of the schedule of a specific date ?

can you click Outlook app, calendar, date, print?
Hi ranman, yes thank you very much for your reply....
to make an apt, you must have date /time/location, etc
what about attendees? then you need a list of attendees, and their actual email names in the system to add them.
are they optional or required.
etc..
there are all these options youd have to program in, when it seems easier to just add them via outlook.
