    Need assistance

I thought I was done making changes to a database, so I split it and created a accde file. Then was asked to add something else to a table and create some other functionality. This was the first accde file I had done and now I find out that I cannot modify some things like create a new report, etc. It looks like it is read only.

How can I save this back as a normal file, if that is allowed?

I do have a saved copy before the split but I don't want to have to redo the progress I had made.

    Thanks

    Dave

    You cannot change accde.
that's why you (the developer) keeps the accdb so you can make changes, then deliver the accde to the users when changes are finished.

    ranman256,

I figured that out, so I went back to the saved version.

    Thanks
