    ActiveX Object

    Hi!

One simple question, what are examples of ActiveX objects in MS Access?

    Thanks,

What? Utter nonsense. All objects are not ActiveX objects.
All standard controls including combos and listboxes are not ActiveX.
However ActiveX versions do exist based on the MSForms library.

On the design ribbon, click the down arrow in the Controls section then click ActiveX controls.
You'll get a long list of items including a slider control, another web browser and many more.

In general, it is best to avoid ActiveX controls as they may not work in all versions.
Some users disable them completely for safety reasons
