Sort on a Group Footer in Access Report

I have a footer in my report totaling a count for an data field. I want to sort the report by the footer count to have the records with the highest count at the top of the report. How do I sort the report by a footer?

you need another query, the main query,Q1
then Q2 to do your count of Q1
then the report uses Q2, and sorts on the count field , descending.
