monthly hour report in calendar form for several years

    Hey

I would like to implement an hours report from Excel to Access. In Excel, I have 20 rows for personnel, while having 36 columns for the 3 years (=project duration), one column for every month (Jan2018, Feb2018.......Nov2020, Dec2020)

Is there a way to display the calendar table from Excel in Access in a similar way, so users can insert the working hours for each month?

Thanks a lot for your help

Not quite. Build a normalized relational database. Do normal data entry. Code and report design rotate data. Might just need a CROSSTAB query.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
