Getting the tableName.Active Parameter Screen when I start to open bound Form

I have a form that is bound to a table. Upon attempting to open today, a parameter pops up showing tContacts.active. When I click ok, the form opens. Not sure what caused this and unsure how to diagnose what is causing this. Any suggestions as to where to look will be appreciated.

Solved. I had deleted a field from the table, but it was still in a SQL statement that was in the form. Once I deleted the field in the SQL statement, I was ok.
