That's controlled by windows regional settings as far as I am aware.
From a google i got this;
I'm pretty certain you can't adjust this using VBA, but happy to be proved wrong.Windows 10 is a little different. To change the system delimiter default or as they call it "List Separator" to a comma you have to go to CONTROL PANEL / REGION / , Click on Additional Settings and then click on the drop down for List separator. You can select Comma from that list.

Aaa , this is not good for me.
Because i my users can have different regional settings.

use a text field rather than a number field - or keep the 2 and 5 in separate fields but display as a 2.5 by concatenating with a '.'
