Report footer changes report from 2 pgs to 2000+

I need to print out individual PO and they need a terms and conditions on them. I have it set in the report footer and chose not to show the page header and footer on that page. I have the underlying query set for only the current PO#. But when I go to preview or email it, I get the PO I want on the first page or 2 pages and then page after page of blank pages with just the page header and footer. I am assuming that it is putting in a page for every PO record in between the report footer...I haven't had the report finish going to the last page because it is taking forever. I tried putting it after the report with a page break but then I get the page header and footer on it which doesn't work.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

It is very odd. You are sure that your query, when run all by itself is showing a single record? and that there is no vba in any of the report's format events that is generating activity?

If your PO/report is not overly elaborate - rather than fix this, it might be easiest to whip up a new report...sourced on that query. If nothing else I would use a simple report wizard query to make one as a sanity check.
