How can I post a picture with my Access question?

Pardon me for asking, but I tried yesterday to post a new thread and embed a picture in it.
For some reason, the screenshot didn't take. I tried several times before giving up, canceling the post.
Couldn't ask the Q w/o a picture that made it clear.

I was clicking the icon named "Insert Image"

What am I missing?

click GO ADVANCED button (bottom right)
click MANAGE ATTACHEMENTS,
applet opens, click ADD FILES button, add photo, upload

then it comes back to the post, i click the paper clip icon, and click my image.

Thanks. So, what is the "Insert Image" button used for (other than, perhaps, hazing new users, ha ha).
If I need to attach a database file, I'll follow your instructs.

Maybe this thread should be in General Chat.

Following is example of using the Insert Image icon on the edit menu. After browsing and selecting image, click 'Upload'. This is a png. Didn't realize it would be so big. That's 153kb size. Once added, use Advanced>Manage Attachments to change/remove.

Well, there U-go. prob solved.
CHOOSE FILE was launced from a command button
UPLOAD FILE(s) appears underneath - Looked like a TextBox control 2 me. Was not intuititive 4 me 2 click it N order 2 launch a procedure. There again, I've never been accused of having too much intuition.
