Can't Print an Image in a Report

Good afternoon. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but i "Insert Image" into an Access Report and want to print the report and see the image. Nothing ever comes out, just blank where the image should be. I have tried:
1. Image as Stretch, Clip, and Zoom
2. Picture Type as Shared, Linked and Embedded
3. Image as a background on the report
4. Image as just an image in the report
5. Image as a png, jpg and bmp type.
6. Gone to file > options > current database > Picture Property Storage Format set to both radio button options.

Any scenario and I cant get the darn thing to print. I am using Access 2016. Windows 10 Pro

I can honestly say I've never had a problem with any of those.
It should be dead straightforward

Yup! I am perplexed. maybe its the printer. Will try at home later.

Have you viewed your report on screen - print preview or any view other than design?

yes all of them

and all of them are blank - very odd.
Just in case there's something odd you are doing, have a look at my short video -
it won't win an Oscar but just perhaps you'll see something you're not doing right
