Time Sheet Generation application in MsAccess

Hi,
Need help in creating Time Sheet Generation in Ms Access.
Can you pls share some sample applications with code if you hav created any..?
I have been asked to create Time Sheet application in Ms Access and give them as a CSV file so that they can import it into their system.
The forms should contains the following:


1. The Employees should be able to select their employee id and name and the date and time they worked weekly.
2. The Managers should be able to review and approve it. They should be able to edit and save the records
aswell. (Note: The employee should not have access to managers review and approved tabs)
3. The Managers should be able to generate the reports of the approved employees.
