How to share an Access database for a fee?

What would be the best way to distribute an Access 2016 database for a fee? I've created a database that runs similar to a kiosk and have packaged it with runtime files and all necessary imagery and .ico files.

Is there a way to secure this to keep it from being passed around? I've looked around for solutions and haven't found any, but I thought I'd try the forum here. I feel like the only way to keep it from being given around freely is to have it hosted online, but I don't see where Access has this capability. We do run SQL Server for our GIS, so that may be a solution.

Just for information, it's a region-wide contacts database for city and county governments. Thank you!

So your BackEnd tables are SQL or Access? You could maybe do something with Environ function to get PC name or get IP address.

FE and BE both Access. I've been told about using a keyed access tool, http://www.peterssoftware.com/ka.htm. I'm going to see if this does what I'm needing it to do!

I have been distributing a number of Access databases (most with SQL BE) via my website for many years. See link in signature line if you want to look.
I use a professional installer application to create EXE files for download
A license key is needed to download each of the apps and there are many security features built in.
Until recently these were all sold with site licenses which made distribution relatively simple

However, recently I've moved to a distribution model based on the number of licences purchased
    This is much more complex.
